从bring up 含义去体会汉语和英语的心灵相通
日常在我们生动的汉语里就有类似的：她一个人把三个儿女拖大（拉扯）成人之类的话。含义是她辛辛苦苦把三个孩子养育教育成自食其力的成年人。英语里也有类似的表达bring up是动词短语,作“生养、养大、抚养（指照顾、教导孩子直到其成年。）”解时无语体之分,侧重于童年时期的“精心教养”“多指家庭教育，还可以是社会教育、学校教育、宗教教育、党的教育”，“提出； 谈到； 呕出”。例如:
